Whilst Lee doesn’t hesitate to advise his clients to litigate when appropriate, he recognises the importance and cost effectiveness for his clients of the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in resolving disputes. Lee’s matrimonial cases predominantly involve clients going through a marriage or relationship breakdown. Lee is a fully trained in Family Collaborative Law, an ADR process which attempts, where appropriate, to avoid court proceedings by replacing this with a series of round table meetings involving the parties and their legal advisers. Lee has been advising both employers and employees on employment law claims within the Employment Tribunal. He regularly advises clients on Settlement Agreements. Lee welcomes any new instruction and can offer an initial fixed fee meeting to quickly get to grips with a client’s dispute and provide an outline of the best next steps to resolve it. Away from work Lee has 3 “Pashens”; his wife Caroline and their two children! Lee continues to play football and coaches at Pinewood FC. Lee also likes to play golf when time allows.
