I am a dispute resolution lawyer with a focus on achieving efficient outcomes for my clients. I take instructions in a variety of commercial disputes, in both the County Court and the High Court. My clients range from individuals to large companies, and my areas of work tend to include business disputes such as: contracts and enforcement of obligations, insolvency, equitable relief such as declarations and injunctions, professional negligence, employment, franchising, and reputation management. Having been instructed on several leading and complex cases I am well-placed to quickly get to the centre of a dispute and plot a clear way forward. The most important factor in my work is therefore understanding my clients and their reasons for instructing me, and ensuring we achieve a successful outcome.

    Professional, Clear, knowledgeable, friendly legal advice.

    From the initial dealing with Jonathan, you could tell he knew his field exceptionally well. Was very clear with regards to the action plan/strategy, very conscious of timelines and budgets and very clear with his legal advice. He continued this approach throughout the legal matter and broke everything down in laymen's terms so it was easy to follow. The matter was a very complex matter with a lot of paperwork, Jonathan really took the time to understand the matter and asked a number of very probing questions in order to pull data from me that I did not realise was important/relevant to the case. All in all I found Jonathan and any additional members of Aquabridge who I dealt with to be highly professional, intelligent and astute. The budget changed the more I pushed my case but at every step before we started the next phase of the legal process I was advised by Jonathan on what this could cost to proceed was. Jonathan always managed to keep the budget as low as possible by using his experience to navigate the most efficient and cost effective path to ultimately winning the case. I have used Jonathan since and will continue to use Jonathan and the whole Aquabridge team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
