Thank you Emily for making the whole experience a pleasure. I used Larcomes to do the conveyancing on a property. And it was my best experience to date with a solicitor. The sale was held up for all sorts of reasons but not by Larcomes, they were smooth and professional throughout. I got myself in a pickle when I couldn't find some information, I told Emily, she sorted it out and found that paperwork and came back to me very quickly. She and the reception staff were always helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be going back when needed.

Quality and Professionalism
Larcomes conducted some conveyancing work for me about 10 years ago and I had no hesitation in asking them to act for me again all this time later as a now "last time buyer". This time, Emily looked after me with the same professionalism and quality of work I experienced before. Emily is Fabulous!
Emily Merrett was incredibly supportive and patient throughout the process of selling my shared ownership property. It wasn't an easy task but she worked hard to get the sale through and also protect my profit and financial situation in the meantime. House Purchase
Thank you so much to Emily & Larcomes. We had quite a long house buying process, and Emily was organised and efficient throughout, which really helped our stress levels. We didn't need to chase up anything, and we were able to trust Emily had everything under control. Solicitor: Emily Merrett - Conveyancing with a Ltd company
I was looking to purchase property through a Ltd company and was recommended Emily by name. From the first point I reached out to Emily, she was very responsive to emails and highly knowledgeable which gave me great confidence.
Emily agreed to accept me as a client and from that day onwards she was proactive in getting things done and forward-thinking by addressing future documents before they were required. This was incredible for me personally as it allowed the transaction to be completed quickly and efficiently.
Throughout my entire time speaking with Emily, she was always approachable, kept me up to date and worked tirelessly to ensure the other parties were progressing where necessary and regularly asked me if I was happy with the way things were proceeding which was refreshing.
