I was dismissed from work after I told my employer I was pregnant. I was not only treated with discrimination against my pregnancy but also discriminated against being a women and blamed for my pregnancy being the cause of being dismissed. I got into contact with Alan Donelly for my pregnancy discrimination case and he was so helpful and thorough with me every step of the way to get me justice. Settlement agreement after Redundancy
My solicitor was Alan Donnelly from Lloyd Donnelly firm and he's been absolutely brilliant! I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor.
From our first contact and free advice he shared I knew I wanted to continue with him. I've been made redundant after less than a year of employment with my ex employer. He told me things as they were while saying he could try improve my compensation even though I didn't deserve anything in term of redundancy pay. I just loved the fact that he was willing to try... everyone else I spoke with before him told me to just accept whatever I was offered. I could have accepted it but I wanted someone to try first and if it was declined then that's it. At least I knew I asked. This is exactly what he did and more. I am so satisfied with his service that I will sure reach out again if I am ever dealing with employment issues.
