Thorough, clear, helpful
We came in to speak to Rory Lindsay and David Wainstein for advice not just about our legal options in a residential building matter, but also on the likelihood of recovering funds if our legal action were successful. At this point we haven't engaged Britton & Time; this is a review of the first meeting with them.
David was clear and helpful. Rory ran us through the various options thoroughly, knowledgeably, and clearly. He managed to offer us just the right level of detail - not too much, but enough to reassure us that the suggested legal route was the most appropriate one given the circumstances. Both answered our questions and left us feeling that we were in good hands.

Excellent Legal Advice from Exceptional Solicitors
Joseph and Rory were fantastic, offering us their vast legal knowledge and excellent service, which enabled us to navigate a turbulent dispute within our business. Very supportive firm
I arranged a consultation and they provided one within minutes. Two very supportive solicitors were on the Teams call. I followed their advice and will see how that progresses.

Estate Dispute
I’m so grateful that I sought a 2nd opinion and went to Britton & Time after I felt pressurised by previous solicitors to quit my claim.
Both Rory and Joseph put me at ease in dealing all the way through dealing a dispute relating to my late father’s estate dispute and achieved a favourable solution. They both were open honest and on hand when I needed support and help throughout the dispute. I truly recommend this company and in particular Rory and Joseph who I dealt with.
When my Will needs updating then I will be asking them to draw up my new Will.
