We renewed our wills as they were very out of date. Lizzie guided as through the process and was very helpful and thankfully pointed out situations the we had not occurred to us. Lizzie and Lissie the Paralegal made this a very painless process. We would highly recommend her.

We had been putting off an appointment to make our Wills due to previous experience. However, it was a totally different experience at Britton & Time. From first contact with the reception tem and throughout the process it was easy, relaxed and tailored to our needs. Elisabeth was professional and efficient throughout, she quickly understood what we wanted, she made the whole experience extremely pleasant. We couldn't recommend her and B&T more highly.

We have had excellent service from the initial email regarding the free will service they have provided us with to the final signing of the completed will. All communication was timely and taking our own needs in mind. It was a pleasure to visit in person and everyone we came across was also friendly and helpful. Absolutely shocking solicitors . charged us over £5000 for a party wall court case that we done all the work for . it was thrown out of court , then 3 months later billed us another £900 randomly for a counsel fee . I am currently seeking a counter claim as they sent a Court letter ! . Stay well clear guys . Sure there reviews are false . Obviously tough times for them, tucking their own customers up ! if you want to end up in court with your own solicitors . choose these guys !

I had a very informative consultation meeting with Mary .Good straight forward honest advice and explanation of the court system . Went into the meeting unsure of the next steps and came out with complete clarity ,which didn’t involve employing Britton and Time…….no sales for the sake of sales !
