Rojin was very impressive in her role as our defence lawyer. Clear and confident and set our minds at ease as soon as we met her. She delivered the best representation and solved our matter as we knew she would. If you find yourself in a difficult situation that needs defending then Rojin comes highly recommended. Everyone needs Rojin on their sides! Thank you so much Rojin 🙏

Crime

I had a great experience with Joseph Navas who helped me defend criminal charges which were wrongly brought against me. He gave me clear advice from day one and helped me reach a full acquittal. I can't explain how valuable this service was to me - it's stopped my life from being ruined!

Good advice, but no follow up

Had a good meeting with Paul Britton who helped me understand a shareholders agreement. However, we agreed some follow up actions and some summary notes but not heard any more on this.

Understanding of documents

Paul, provided clear explainations of a document I needed assistance on, explaining its definitions, what it is used for and why it has been issued. Paul answered all my questions paitently and with examples to ensure my understanding of legal terms. I greatly appreciated this. Excellent, professional service, very impressed.

Disappointed

The people were very nice, efficient and the fee was extremely reasonable, which they honoured.

However; I wanted specific information on how to leverage the crime that had been committed against me and this was not what I got. Pleasingly; they seemed prepared and fully understood the issues, but initially fully defended my ex-employer telling me that there was no crime committed as it was their data to do with what they liked. This I believe to be completely and utterly wrong, as it was computer Misuse. I gave them a similar example of a "computer crime" and they seemed to conceded that that wouldn't be lawful. (or words to that effect).

They also assured me that my employer couldn't delete my data; I genuinely assume that this was well meaning. But I knew it to be wrong as I have heard it directly from Microsoft, this could have caused substantial damage to my case, had I have accepted it as factual.

For the record my employer is not Microsoft; but we did use Microsoft software, similar to most companies.

I was highly impressed with the team at Britton & Time Solicitors, especially Paul Britton. I often recommend Paul for any divorce-related legal matters. He has a keen ability to find solutions to complex legal situations. What sets Paul apart from other solicitors is his extensive knowledge combined with his passionate, personal, direct and commercially-minded approach. I've had the pleasure of working with many members of Paul's team, including Jose, Rory, Sophie, Elisabeth, Theresa and Patrick. I found each of them to be caring, passionate and highly knowledgeable. Paul Britton and his team at Britton & Time Solicitors have my highest recommendation for handling any divorce case with professionalism and expertise. Their combination of legal acumen and compassion for clients makes them my top choice for referral in divorce proceedings.
