I am sorry that it has taken a while for us to reply. Mick is still in hospital and I have had a lot of things to sort out regarding my care package. We are extremely grateful for all of your help in enacting our POA. It seemed to be quite a long process for all of us, a lot was our fault. Anyway we have what we needed now. My wife and I were involved in drawing up our respective Wills. Solicitor, Darian Wielink, took the lead, assisted by Jessica Soltermann. Before coming to Britton and Time we visited another solicitor who seemed to be totally out of his depth and gave us little confidence. Darian Wielink was the 'polar opposite' - totally in control of the process and clearly explaining everything to us. He is probably the very best solicitor I and my wife have ever consulted. Jessica supported Darian well, and our meetings were followed up with clear summaries and both postal and electronic copies of all the documents. Darian was very impressive and my wife and I would have absolutely no reservation in strongly recommending him to others.
