The friendly and ever helpful Hannah took my enquiry and ensured that the process of booking our appointment was convenient and simple; we were greeted by very welcoming reception staff, offered a drink and waited in a comfortable waiting room; collected by a professional and courteous Darian and taken to a bright and airy room; the advice we received from Leo and Darian was superb and put our minds at ease.
