As a first time buyer I was worried about the process of buying a house however Abigail, Patrick and Elise guided me through and made the process very pleasant for me. They were all very quick to respond to me and were clear with what was needed at each step of the process. I cannot recommend Burt Brill and Cardens enough and I will be sure to use them in the future when I next move.

Review of Lease
Abigail has been extremely helpful, and provided me with advice and knowledge to help to consider a proposed new draft lease, especially since the flat owners themselves were only given a week to look through the draft, thus Abigail very kindly pulled out all the stops to ensure I had a timely constructive response , and full of friendly advice too. I really am so grateful and appreciative of all that she has done for me, and of course I shall naturally come back and use, the firm and hopefully Abigail's services too.

Amazing solicitors, caring and attentive
We are so glad that we had Burt and Brill to help us with our lease extension, we worked with Abigail and Patrick who were extremely professional throughout the entire process, explained everything simply so we could understand and in general were just amazing people to work with. We very much look forward to working with then again in the future.
