Preparation of a Codicil to alter my will.
i contacted Britton& Time solicitors as I wanted to alter my will of which they hold a copy. I was introduced to Azeem by way of InfoTrack, an online medium used by the legal profession. Azeem led me through the procedures he would take very clearly so I understood everything that was going to take place and referred to other steps I should take. The whole interview was carried out in under half an hour. The process was stress free and I did not have to attend the office until I signed the Codicil.

Excellent service.
There are cheaper options for will writing but we are pleased that we chose Britton & Time. The advice was great and we felt reassured that all eventualities were covered. Azeem and Elizabeth were very professional but also friendly and approachable. We would recommend.

New Wills (husband and wife)
Excellent service from Azeem and Megan for our our wills.
Right from the start Azeem explained the process, timeframes and costs involved. They were very patient and responsive on our numerous questions on our wills as we wanted wills to take care of various scenarios (remarriage etc) and IHT. Professional, courteous and more importantly efficient
I required, urgently, several documents certifying for an estates matter. I was struggling with finding somewhere with most notary publics looking to load me up with £300+ fees when I didn’t actually require a notary.
I found Britton and Time, made a quick enquiry and they booked me in for an appointment promptly.
Azeem conducted the process swiftly and whilst he did so made sure to check that I didn’t require any other advice or assistance.
I would recommend and will use them again should I require legal assistance.
