Rothera Bray were professional and timely in dealing with the sale of my house. I live abroad and they had the systems in place for me to deal with the majority of legal documents securely online. I desperately needed my mother's house putting in mine and my sister's name after my mother passed away. I enquired on a Monday and told them that it was pretty urgent, we had a mortgage waiting on it. After a lot of leg work on my part, getting forms filled in and identification sorted, they uploaded the assent form to the Land Registry the following Friday and by early afternoon it came back done, I couldn't believe it. The service was incredible, I must particularly mention Samantha Buckle who was tremendous, thank you so much for your great work.

Efficient & Excellent Service for Lasting Powers of Attorney

We have received outstanding support from Nelissa Hicks and her team at Rothera Bray in Arnold.
She clarified all the steps required in processing the lasting Powers of Attorney and progressed our application to the Office of the Public Guardian with no hiccoughs (that I understand can be a major hurdle). If you are looking for an efficient and competent Solicitor in this field we would strongly recommend her.

Kerry, Carolyn and Lucy at Mapperley Rothera Bray were a great team, acting professionally and timely in dealing with the sale of my house. We have recently used the Mapperley branch to sort out Grant of Probate and will also be using them for conveyancing. Jasmin Marshall who dealt with the probate was very professional but lovely at the same time. She put us at ease at what was a difficult time for us, and made the whole process much less painful. From start to finish it only took 3 weeks for probate to be granted and during that time we were kept fully informed. I can’t thank Jasmin and the team enough for what they did.

Some years ago, Nelissa Hicks completed a very complex probate matter for us, so when we needed a probate solicitor again recently we were delighted that she was also available to act for us this time.
