Conveyancing on two properties
As a result of family deaths, I had two properties to sell. When the time came to do so, both transactions were completed within a month and both dealt with professionally by Abbey. Even the one with exchange and completion on the same day.

Leasehold Property Sale
Abbey Freeman and Schiennel Holness took care of the conveyancing for the sale of my leasehold property and I could not have been more impressed. They were both professional, friendly, accessible and responsive. They were also extremely fast and completion took place in an astonishing five weeks and one day after the asking price offer was made and accepted. I couldn’t recommend Abbey and Schiennel more highly. They were excellent.
