House sale

Rothera Bray were professional and timely in dealing with the sale of my house. I live abroad and they had the systems in place for me to deal with the majority of legal documents securely online. My solicitor and her team, were always prompt and professional in replying to queries and progressing the sale through smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend Rothera to anyone wanting to sell their house in Nottingham.

Kerry, Carolyn and Lucy at Mapperley Rothera Bray were a great team, acting professionally and timely in dealing with the sale of my house. A very smooth house move thanks to the team at Mapperley. Kerry Redfern was particularly excellent with her brilliant attention to detail. I have always resented passing for solicitors fees, but because of the advice I received I feel Rothera Bray made it seem value for money. Thank you all.

Kerry and Carolyn were absolutely professional, co-ordinated and efficient with all the necessary work for our house sale. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to email and speak directly to them both and all my queries were answered quickly and fully. Selling a house as an executor is a stressful thing to do (as it is with all house sales!), but both helped enormously and put my mind at rest every step of the way. Highly recommended and a big thank you all round.
