We have recently used the Mapperley branch to sort out Grant of Probate and will also be using them for conveyancing. Jasmin Marshall who dealt with the probate was very professional but lovely at the same time. She put us at ease at what was a difficult time for us, and made the whole process much less painful. From start to finish it only took 3 weeks for probate to be granted and during that time we were kept fully informed. I can’t thank Jasmin and the team enough for what they did.

Very professional ..
I was very pleased to see Jasmin again when I needed to make some changes to my will. She is a very friendly lady who immediately puts you at ease which in turn makes it easier to discuss personal things. Jasmin is knowledgeable and made suggestions and pointed things out that I may not have considered otherwise. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from Rothera Bray and Jasmin Marshall and would have no hesitation in recommending both the company and Jasmin to others.

Amazing service
Following a recommendation from a trusted colleague I visited Jasmin to have my will drawn up. The service I received was excellent, I found her to be very knowledgeable and she explained all the legal terminology very clearly.
I would highly recommend Jasmin.
