It was a pleasurable experience for something that can be quite stressful. Very friendly and approachable at all times. Kept fully informed and the amount of useful information passed on to me was astounding, I know now why you need legal representation when purchasing a house, the amount of checks that were performed for my protection were staggering. All I can say if thank you all for your hard work.

Chelsie has acted for me on quite a number of property transactions now and I have always found her to be incredibly professional, quick to respond, calm under pressure and very helpful at all turns throughout the various nuances of a property purchase or sale. I would highly recommend her and her colleague Paul Rayworth who has been equally helpful when standing in.

Kirstie Courtney-May conducts our external commercial work and is always approachable, straight forward and timely with her work. She is everything we need for the external support we require and we know things are in safe hands when we instruct her

Stephen dealt with a recent house purchase and was great, very efficient, easy to speak to and always at hand to answer any questions I had. He's a credit to Howells and would recommend him for any conveyancing needs!

Elizabeth Alderson did our conveyancing and she was very helpful, easy to get in touch with and her and her team worked hard to push the transaction forward. Would recommend.

I've dealt with Martin Jinks, who was recommended to us. Martin really help to resolve an issue we had and could not process due to Lockdown. I could not recommend Martin highly enough, outstanding, responsive service. I normally use Flints, but will be using Martin/Nelson's for all my future requirements.
