100% efficient, effective and communicative - We will never go anywhere else. Our sale took 6 months to complete - Sills were constantly chasing the other party and updating us - they go above and beyond, answering any emails we sent within minutes. Highly recommend - dont bother looking elsewhere!

Would not recommend. These were acting for my buyer, pushed him not to buy due to an unadopted road (after 5 months) they knew this information in the first month!!! There are over 40,000 unadopted roads in the UK and I had an indemnity policy that I was willing to transfer and pay the cost. Thanks, you have wasted 5 months of my time and thousands of pounds.

A bit of a late review as my mortgage was finalised in March 2025, but the service I have received from Sills & Betteridge Solicitors Lincoln was amazing! Our solicitor Ellinor Kilshaw was exceptional and if it wasn't for her going the extra mile we wouldn't be living in our dream home right now! She was quick, responsive and professional! Would recommend any day of the week!
