Superb conveyancing solicitors. As an estate agent for over 15 years I’ve encountered many firms. Having used Sills personally to complete a lease extension for an apartment, sell two properties and buy another they have been nothing but exemplary in their levels of service, communication and efficiency. Would not recommend. These were acting for my buyer, pushed him not to buy due to an unadopted road (after 5 months) they knew this information in the first month!!! There are over 40,000 unadopted roads in the UK and I had an indemnity policy that I was willing to transfer and pay the cost. Thanks, you have wasted 5 months of my time and thousands of pounds.

Excellent, prompt and compassionate

Team Ed, have taken me through a couple of abortive and completed purchases and a sell . I never had to request an update, everything is completed promptly and every question met with a respectful and full response. It takes away some of the stress knowing these are a solicitors that can be trusted to progress without being judged.
