I used Sills and Betteridge for my house sale and purchase and cannot recommend any higher. We were lucky to be assigned Kirsty from the Boston branch who was absolutely amazing throughout. She was the only conveyancer in the chain who was responsive all the time, she never failed to take my call in what was a protracted and frustrating process due to the failure of others conveyancers to do their job. Kirsty challenged the other conveyancers in the chain all the time to push it through for me and, the reason I am able to write this post transaction review now is solely down to her effort and ability to move things forward.
