My wife and I decided to use Sills back in January 2025 to help with our moving process. We were guided through the process by Kim Clarke and Kirsty Teasdale who were a pleasure to work with. We initially sold our house, however it fell through and we had to start again. All in all, it turned out to be an 18 month process but this was not their fault. Kirsty and Kim were extremely patient, consistent and always replied to our emails, sometimes even within minutes. Their pricing was very competitive and they put up with our constant stressing and worrying. Honestly, if we were going to move again, we would use Kirsty and Kim again every time. I used Sills and Betteridge for my house sale and purchase and cannot recommend any higher. We were lucky to be assigned Kirsty from the Boston branch who was absolutely amazing throughout. She was the only conveyancer in the chain who was responsive all the time, she never failed to take my call in what was a protracted and frustrating process due to the failure of others conveyancers to do their job. Kirsty challenged the other conveyancers in the chain all the time to push it through for me and, the reason I am able to write this post transaction review now is solely down to her effort and ability to move things forward.
