The fees charged were comparable with internet-based companies but with the bonus of being local so we could sign contracts in person. Josie, who carried out the on-boarding, and the lovely lady on reception were great too. We had a very positive experience and we would happily recommend

Fishers say whatever it is starts with a conversation. Every time we call the reception to speak to someone they say they are busy and will email them to call you back . It never happens and it seems there is a don’t care attitude rife within the conveyancing department. We have bought and sold many properties over the years and this is the worst solicitors we have found in the last fifty years. Not only they will not speak to you but ignore your requests so you have to tell them again and everything is done by text. Not good . There is no progress report on your sale and purchase so you don’t know if there is a problem or not.
We have had a great experience with Fishers Solicitors. Specifically our solicitor in charge of dealing with our sale Catherine. She did an absolutely outstanding job got all checks done accurately and in good time. Went through everything and came up with good enquires to the venders solicitors and the information pack we received on the property was extremely thorough and gave us every detail we didn’t even think of. She even spit up with constantly having to chase the venders solicitors who are of the like I have never seen before. I would highly recommend Fishers Solicitors and Catherine for all your conveyancing needs.
Handled the sale of my property and the purchase of my new one. Catherine was brilliant, prompt replies and felt like she really cared, really can't fault her at all. Second time she has helped me with house sales/purchases and wouldnt hesitate to reach out a third time if needs be!

Too slow. Not expeditiously expediting probate. Absolutely shocking service as a beneficiary.
Fishers appreciates that this is a difficult and sensitive time following the loss of a loved one. However, under the terms of our engagement as an SRA-regulated firm of solicitors, our client is the Executor of the estate. This means that we must provide updates and correspond directly with the Executor, rather than with individual beneficiaries. The Executor may, of course, share information about the progress of the estate administration with beneficiaries as they deem appropriate.
Shocking customer service. Tried to contact them 3 times, 3 different ways, promised a call back but radio silence. They must have so much business they don’t need new customers?
