Poor communication and mistakes
Frustrating experience, characterised by lack of attention to detail, everything being done at the last possible moment and general lack of communication. While ours was not a straightforward transaction, I felt little confidence that our team understood what needed to happen and actively pursued the outcomes most beneficial to us. My sense was they were too busy to care, with everything being done last minute, adding unnecessary stress to the transaction. Even on the completion date, I was receiving e-mails asking me to confirm bank details, send statements etc - things that should have been sorted much earlier in the process. Overall - quite unprofessional.

Sale of house
My sister and myself had the unfortunate task of selling the family house after our mother died.
This was a very emotional time and the ladies who looked after our legal needs were exceptional in a professional and understanding way. I would recommend Fishers most definitely to anyone.
