Fantastic first time buying a house experience

Fishers were fantastic while buying my first house. I was rather unsure at some points in the process and it was always easy to have a call or email to explain what was happening.

Second time using Fishers, would highly recommend

Great service without any of the delays that are often associated with buying and selling a house.
Hopefully I won’t need to use again, but if we’re on the move, it’ll be the first port of call.

Brilliant service from Abigail and fishers solicitors

It was a very long process buying and selling our old and new house due to other solicitors not part of fishers but Abigail was spot on from start to finish. Answered the phone every time we rang. Very knowledgable and professional, gave us straight answers and explained them in a way that made sense to us. Couldn’t recommend fishers more. Brilliant service

Ms Beth Abbott was involved in the sale and purchase of both my properties. Beth is highly professional and straight to the point and will happily explain the process to you without using the legal jargon that can confuse most people. If there’s an issue concerning the purchase or sale of your property Beth will not shy away from it and will resolve it as quick as she can. Beth has a legal secretary called Jess who is also highly professional and will go that extra mile to resolve issues and is also highly professional. I have used various solicitors in the past with sales and purchases of properties and I found Beth and her team are the most efficient and approachable to deal with. I would definitely use this firm again. Five stars to both Beth and Jess and I wish them the best for the future.

My wife & I have used Fishers for two house sales & purchases. Enel Ots dealt with our most recent sale & purchase. We can't recommend her highly enough.
Enel helped to keep the process on track & worked hard to ensure we hit the tight deadline for exchange & complete.
Enel also helped to keep our stress levels low with good humour & a level of professionalism that impressed us.
Enel had been recommended to us & we will definitely look to work with Enel for our next house sale & will happily recommend her to friends & family.

Fishers acted for the vendor of the house I completed on last week. Very upset to report that the solicitor involved would not agree to a licence being issued as money, albeit released
for purchase hadn’t landed. As I result I was left stranded with two removal vans my property empty as was my purchase, no clothes & nowhere to go. The money was there as my solicitor confirmed. This resulted in further expense - storage & removals! I appreciate the new property wasn’t actually mine but the money was there!
Extremely uncaring & felt abusive to not agree to a licence. We completed the next morning following a night of distress that this company could have prevented. Shameful.
