Very helpful advice
Although much of what I was told simply confirmed my existing understanding, the meeting was very important and the follow-up very helpful - thank you.

Professional and sympathetic service
Unfortunately sometimes we have to deal with the legal side of death and illness. Fishers have provided a first class service helping me through the legal process to obtain probate and power of attorney both successfully concluded. They are currently handling the sale of an inherited apartment. It’s particularly helpful that they can handle the differing needs of their clients and with efficiency and empathy. Probate and Property Sale
I used Fishers Solicitors to arrange the probate and the sale of my late parents home, both Jayne and Catherine were very helpful and supportive each step of the way. I was kept well informed of what was happening and expected timings etc

Probate
It’s was a complicated process involving shares and other ownership changes. Whilst the process was lengthy, I was updated throughout and when completion occurred I felt very professionally dealt with.
