    I cannot recommend Ines highly enough. I have just spent 5 months trying to sell my business. The buyers solicitor and the buyer made the sale more complicated and stressful than it needed to be and throughout the whole experience Ines was supportive and showed real empathy for my situation. I have used a lot of solicitors in my career and this is the first time I have genuinely felt as though my solicitor was fighting my corner and supporting me through the process, not just following a legal path. I never really felt like "a client", Ines was always incredibly professional but also made me feel like I was being spoken to as a peer and a friend. She made sure that she carefully and clearly explained all my options, she did not just confuse me with legal jargon. When the sale fell through Ines really supported me with the disappointment and the issues that surrounded the buyer pulling out at the last minute. I would recommend Ines and Harrowells to anyone looking for legal support. Thank you.

    Complex Corporate Sale of Operational Real Estate based Business

    Matt Rowley and his team (across both corporate and real estate matters) were excellent to deal with and provided a joined up approach to ensure a successful outcome was achieved. Having brokered the sale of businesses for many years, it is key to a successful outcome of any transaction to have lawyers accountants and brokers aligned, with everyone knowing the key challenges needing to addressed and working through solutions to ensure timely progress. This proved to be the case with Harrowells who remained accessible throughout.

    Family loan to help with a house purchase

    Loan agreement was drafted promptly and efficiently by Rebecca Lodge and the case was taken over by Ines Quadah in Rebecca’s absence.she then continued to manage the he case until completion. The case was managed professionally and delalt with the other firm of solicitors involved with the transaction. I was kept updated at all stages throughout. I would certainly recommend Ines again.
