I have been working with Laura for a year to find a property in Puglia , believe me buying in Puglia is not for the faint hearted, it is a very different prospect to buying a property in the UK. Many of the properties i looked at i could not proceed with as they were illegal for one reason or another. Without Laura's help I don't think I would have ever managed to complete with a purchase finally. She is extremely knowledgable and made me very clear of pitfalls throughout each potential sale, she is so personable and kind and understanding of how stressful buying a property in Italy can be. She made the process manageable dealing with extremely difficult negotiations for me. I Cant recommend Laura & LEP Law enough, not to mention the fact that the costs of buying property in Italy stand at a much higher percentage than the UK , LEP rates are extremely competitive. I now have a wonderful home in Puglia !!!
