Laura at LEP has truly made buying a Property in Italy possible...

I have been working with Laura for a year to find a property in Puglia , believe me buying in Puglia is not for the faint hearted, it is a very different prospect to buying a property in the UK. Many of the properties i looked at i could not proceed with as they were illegal for one reason or another. Without Laura's help I don't think I would have ever managed to complete with a purchase finally. She is extremely knowledgable and made me very clear of pitfalls throughout each potential sale, she is so personable and kind and understanding of how stressful buying a property in Italy can be. She made the process manageable dealing with extremely difficult negotiations for me. I Cant recommend Laura & LEP Law enough, not to mention the fact that the costs of buying property in Italy stand at a much higher percentage than the UK , LEP rates are extremely competitive. I now have a wonderful home in Puglia !!!

Dealing with a legacy

Lp Law helped me previously with two property related matters, so when I could not get any sense out of my Italian bank in relation to the Italian bank account of my late partner, I turned to them again. Initially they could not do any better than me but, after a frustrating year, progress was made and we eventually made it through the tortuous Italian red tape and the bank's sloth. Once Lp Law had the measure of the bank, they were tenacious, keeping me informed every step of the way. I would unfailingly recommend them.

Italian succession

Leplaw handled the succession of my late wife’s estate in Italy. They were reasonably priced and their service was prompt, responsive and personal. I have no hesitation in recommending them to assist with Italian civil/ family legal issues.

Experts at overcoming Italian bureaucracy

I asked Leplaw to assist with obtaining repayment of Italian Postal Bonds following the death of my mother. For various reasons this wasn't straightforward, but Leplaw secured the repayment in an efficient, courteous and professional way. Minimum of fuss, and exceptionally attentive client service. Highly recommended.
