Sylwia works in employment law and contentious trusts and probate. As part of the employment team, she is involved in advising and representing employers in respect of disputes and legal compliance. Sylwia also assists in representing employees across a range of issues, including disciplinary matters, grievances, unfair dismissal, redundancy and settlement agreements. The Team works with both employees and employers to resolve disputes in the workplace as amicably and professionally as possible.
