Wherever possible I encourage an amicable approach be adopted via Alternate Dispute Resolution whilst advising on the suitability of that course of action verses Court proceedings. I appreciate that no one enjoys having to approach a lawyer to assist with a separation or other family conflict however, myself and the team at Complete Family Law endeavor to make the experience as comfortable as possible. In addition to my Family Law caseload, I am experienced in Will preparation and probate matters.
