This was a great client experience overall. I found that Laura was responsive and dealt clearly and commercially with any queries I had and issues that arose along the way. Between exchange and completion we had a plumbing emergency at the property and Laura was calm, reassuring and helped with our questions on how this might impact the sale and the most sensible approach to take. It all worked out and I am both grateful and impressed.
