I had a great experience selling my Leasehold Property with RIAA Barker Gillette. Both parties were after a swift transaction which we were clear on prior to engaging this firm. Ben Marks looked after my case, and I had a thoroughly positive experience. Clear and consistent communication, swift response times and a great legal knowledge were just some of the key factors that made me feel at ease throughout the process. I especially appreciated that he made time for all of my ad hoc call requests and answered my questions thoroughly or cleared up any confusion I may have had around the process due to my lack of conveyancing knowledge. From onboarding to completion, the process took us 4 1/2 weeks. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a solicitor to use this firm.
