    I contacted Karen Cole at RIAA Barker Gillette through a recommendation from a close family friend, regarding an employment dismissal dispute. From the start Karen was very upfront with her expectations and the associated costs that were to be expected with undertaking the dispute. She worked diligently and professionally, and within a week of contacting Karen, the dispute had been settled with my former employer, resulting in a very positive outcome. I was highly impressed with Karen's professionalism and knowledge with how to approach such a situation. Highly recommend working with RIAA to anyone.

    Karen and later Patrick were an incredibly supportive team. I found them to be very patient, always willing to explain options, processes etc. The hearing week when stress levels were high for me, they took time to ensure I was support and all my needs met and questions answered. I hope to never go through this process again but if I have to I would go back to them again.
