Excellent experience. I needed a solicitor following a redundancy notification and was recommended to use Karen Cole - and Patrick Simpson - to review my settlement agreement. A phone call was quickly arranged with Karen who explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. Karen and Patrick kept me up to date throughout the process and were always happy to answer any further queries I had. I would highly recommend both Karen and Patrick to anyone going through a similar experience.

Patrick Simpson
I was introduced to RIAA Barker Gillette (UK) when I needed employment contract advice. Patrick Simpson and Karen Cole were brilliant from the start. They took time to listen, asked pertinent questions, evaluated and gave me timely and good advice, checking in with how things were going.
I would highly recommend using RIAA Barker Gillette - I have also used them for corporate matters and Evangelos and Victoria were equally brilliant, timely and helpful with excellent advice.

Fortunatley i dont have to use Employment Solicitors that often but having dealt with Karen before i immediately called her when a problem arose. As expected she listened intently and helped me resolve an a very stressful issue with the minimum of fuss, often taking the lead when dealing with the ex employee to lower the stress levels that she knew it would cause. All in all an open efficent and professional service from start to finish.
