Claims for Disability discrimination, and Settlement Negotiations
Following an extremely stressful and difficult period at work, a colleague recomended that I contact Karen Cole at RIAA Barker Gillette.
I am so glad that i did. My initial meeting with Karen was very friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring - just what i needed at a time when I had no understanding of my legal position and how to move foward.
Patrick's support and advice following the initial meeting was outstanding. He guided me patiently and with good humour through the complicated waters of my claim, and helped me to achieve a fair settlement.
I would certainly recommend Karen Cole and Patrick Simpson at RIAA Barker Gillette should anyone find themselves in a similar situation to me.

Redundancy exit and settlement negotiations
I was recommended RIAA Barker Gillette by a friend's company and I couldn't have been happier with the service received. Karen's initial reply was speedy and Patrick's help and advice following that was just as efficient. Patrick made a stressful situation simple and easy to navigate and explained everything thoroughly, whilst remaining friendly and personable. I'm so grateful for Patrick's help and advice and for having the matter resolved within the short deadline. I'll certainly recommend him should anyone find themselves in a similar situation.

Redundancy exit and Settlement Negotiations
Patrick was amazing from start to finish. He made the process so easy, and explained each step in detail ahead of time so I'd understand what would happen and when. He was incredibly organized and noted every detail, calling out things that I might want to think about in regards to my redundancy terms. When it came time to sign the agreement, Patrick took care of everything and communicated directly with my employer. Very pleased!

Advice on redundancy, exit negotiations and settlement.
I would like to express my gratitude to RIAA Barker Gillette (UK) LLP and specifically, Patrick Simpson for handling my case with professionalism whilst being prompt and personable.
The process of redundancy can be very unsettling without the added stress of negotiation and paperwork. Patrick Simpson’s transparent communication, insightful expertise and patience limited the stress of this process and ensured a more than satisfactory outcome was efficiently achieved.

Advice on exit negotiations and settlement
I would highly recommend Patrick!
Patrick advised me when I was being made redundant, making sure I was aware of my rights and advocated for me in all communications with my company. He came across very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable and I would choose him and his excellent service all over again.

Advice on post termination restrictions and enforcement
Patrick et al were an absolute send! The advice given was clear and concise. Just what was needed as I was trying to negotiate my new job and needed to understand the employment contract jargon from my outgoing position.
