Very helpful in a very stressful situation
Patrick and the team were very helpful during my redundancy process and whilst I didn't have to pursue any legal action their advice was timely and crucial in my decision making process.

I was very impressed and thankful for the service I received from Patrick. Patrick was an incredible source of support as I went through a very difficult period at work. He understood the nuances of my situation, was consistently responsive and available and I felt like he genuinely cared about my experience and situation. His advise was always based on what he thought was best for me. He ensured that any costs were clearly communicated upfront and worked with me to minimize these where possible. His efforts resulted in significant upside (financial and tower wise) but more crucially, provided peace of mind through the process.

Employment
Karen Cole and Patrick Simpson made a perfect team, working together seamlessly. They did what they said they would do, always kept me up to date, always responded in a timely manner and kept expenses tightly controlled with no surprises. Answers to my many (and often confused) questions were always clear and very constructive, helping me move forward at each step. There was a large degree of intuition involved on their part, really understanding what was going through my mind. Great representatives for RIAA Barker Gillette, I couldn’t have asked for more.

Great Experience
I was recommended to use Patrick Simpson to handle my redundancy agreement. Patrick was excellent from start to finish, he kept me up to date during the whole process and took the time to answer any of my questions fully and took the stress out of what I though would be a very stressful process. I would not hesitate in recommending Patrick to anybody that needs legal advice in the future.
