Redundancy exit and Settlement Negotiations
Patrick was amazing from start to finish. He made the process so easy, and explained each step in detail ahead of time so I'd understand what would happen and when. He was incredibly organized and noted every detail, calling out things that I might want to think about in regards to my redundancy terms. When it came time to sign the agreement, Patrick took care of everything and communicated directly with my employer. Very pleased!

Advice on redundancy, exit negotiations and settlement.
I would like to express my gratitude to RIAA Barker Gillette (UK) LLP and specifically, Patrick Simpson for handling my case with professionalism whilst being prompt and personable.
The process of redundancy can be very unsettling without the added stress of negotiation and paperwork. Patrick Simpson’s transparent communication, insightful expertise and patience limited the stress of this process and ensured a more than satisfactory outcome was efficiently achieved.

Advice on exit negotiations and settlement
I would highly recommend Patrick!
Patrick advised me when I was being made redundant, making sure I was aware of my rights and advocated for me in all communications with my company. He came across very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable and I would choose him and his excellent service all over again.

Advice on post termination restrictions and enforcement
Patrick et al were an absolute send! The advice given was clear and concise. Just what was needed as I was trying to negotiate my new job and needed to understand the employment contract jargon from my outgoing position. Patrick was responsive and very efficient which helped me move on with the matter in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

Exit negotiations and Settlement Agreement
I was recently made redundant, and my company had handled some of the process quite poorly. Patrick came recommended by a friend who had used him during her own redundancy, and I can now wholeheartedly recommend him myself. His initial consultation was thorough and helpful and clear. He was practical, realistic, and detailed in advising me of likely outcomes. When my former company's tactics were less than pleasant during the exit negotiations, Patrick was persistent and professional. Even when I thought all hope was lost he still managed to get me a better deal and get amendments to the settlement agreement that ensure I was protected going forward. He was quick to reply, a great advocate for me and my case, as well as being personable and kind during a time when I was extremely anxious and my self esteem was at an all time low. I am very grateful to him for his hard work and would have recommended his services even if the outcome had not improved.

Employment
Firstly what a professional company. My friend recommended the company and in particularly Karen Cole. In Ms Cole's absence Patrick Simpson returned my email and this is with whom took on my case.
In my first contact I mealy wanted to have a conversation regarding my situation. Patrick was extremely hopeful with honest feedback about my options.
It wasn't for a few wks/mnths later when my employer completely did a 180 on me prompting me to move forward with Patrick and bring a case to my employer.
Patrick has been knowledgeable and thorough throughout this time. He has moved this forward on every occasion and the outcome has been over and above anything I could have hoped for.
I think 'Joe public' tend to feel somewhat nervous around anything legal but Patrick has constantly put me at ease, explained everything and has thought ahead on everything making this an extremely easy process.
I would recommend this company and in particular Patrick Simpson to anyone going through the experiences that I went through.
