I have had the pleasure of dealing with Fiona Burnet, Sarah Desai and Tiegan Rowland while going through with the sale of my home. For various reasons this event was somewhat traumatic for me, and I was so grateful to have Fiona on the other end of the line to talk me through the process. She went above and beyond, making this experience not only efficient and as smooth as possible, but also managed to make me feel supported and understood. I suppose you could say she has a very good bedside manner. We had a very long chain, and when it came to exchanging contracts, if was Fiona and Tiegan who finally rallied all the solicitors to agree the exchange, while it felt the other buyers didn't seem overly bothered to finally get the deal closed. When its time for me to find a new home in the future, I will absolutely be appointing Fiona at Baldwin and Robinson as my conveyancer. And I have already recommended her to people I know who are moving or looking to move.

Our experience as first time buyers navigating the scary process of conveyancing was made so easy by Fiona and her team. Ably assisted by Tiegan they both communicated and responded promptly and no question was too much trouble. The service was efficient, professional and very speedy. We had an offer accepted 2nd Jan and instructed Baldwin and Robinson Law on 5th. We exchanged on 26th Feb only waiting to complete 27th March due to our own rental preference otherwise it would have been even sooner! The reports were all easy to understand and as first time buyers we felt very reassured and fully in the loop at all times. Fiona took time to know us as people and our family. Highly recommended and will come back in years to come when we later move on.

I was very close to giving this a one star if it wasn’t for Fiona… We started dealing with Baldwin and Robinson back in August 2025 to buy our first ever property and at first it was going well. We were given Keury as our solicitor however we quickly realised the communication was very poor, the first property we wanted we had to ask 3 times to start the searches which took 3 weeks to start even though we told them to three times… I could go on and on but once we found the new property we wanted everything went quickly to start with, the searches were done quickly etc. But despite this we would never get an answer to when we could exchange … I kept having to call people on behalf of the solicitors in order to get things rolling… about three times I asked for updates where Keury said that she was waiting for responses from the sellers solicitors where in fact when the estate agents called the sellers solicitor to chase they had sent it days prior… this happened about 3 times and we made her very aware of the timeline we wanted for both us as buyers and the sellers but nothing happened and the date came closer and closer and nothing was being done… We then found out on the 26/01 that Keury had left the agency and we didn’t hear anything about it until then so it was a bit of a shock but we then got given Fiona as our new solicitor and it was a blessing in disguise and I cannot praise Fiona enough! She managed to pull everything together within the timeframe we wanted and the communication was excellent and she kept us updated throughout the process and despite the situation we managed to get the property with the help of Fiona! I don’t think we would have completed still if it wasn’t for her and Tiegan and Sarah to help as well so thank you for getting us our new home!!
