Most helpful solicitors we have ever used
We have been trying for over 2 months to get a response from a solicitor regarding a contested will. We have tried 3 other solicitors without any success - after repeated phone calls no one called us back. We were finally recommended to use Joseph and Khan. We could not have been more satisfied. We called into the office, were given contact details by a very pleasant young lady (who admitted she'd only been there for 2 weeks) but made sure she had given us all the information we needed. We called Noreen, but the phone was engaged and we planned to call her again, but were very pleasantly surprised when she called us back from our missed call. She was extremely helpful, clear and concise. She explained that we didn't need a solicitor to do what we needed and explained very clearly where we should go from here. We were planning to make our wills as well and were considering where to have them done. We've now decided this is where they'll be done. Excellent job, highly recommend.
