Excellent service from start to finish!
After the death of my Mum I contacted Lockings to deal with the probate. Fiona phone me and talked me through the whole process. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with Fiona's knowledge and sensitive approach at such a difficult time for me. She kept me informed from start to finish and I couldn't have been more pleased. I now intend to use Lockings again when I sell my mums house.

Professional and efficient
From my initial contact and throughout the entire Probate process Fiona was thoroughly professional, efficient and sympathetic, a credit to the company. Fiona was calm and patient particularly when explaining the accounting process used for Probate when it was not clear to me.
Thank you for making what was a difficult time for the family easier.

Application for Probate
Fiona was extremely efficient, she showed empathy and was happy to answer any questions we had promptly. This was much appreciated at a very sad time.

Professional, efficient and friendly.
My dealings with Fiona at Lockings have been very positive. Always fast to respond to any matters or queries, very good at making the process understandable. I knew exactly what was happening throughout dealing with my late mums estate.

Friendly and Diligent
My father passed away last year, and we decided to use Fiona, as her office was recommended to us by a friend, and they also happened to be located close to where my father lived. I personally do not live in the UK, so I had to take care of everything from Finland, which complicated matters quite a lot. As our situation included many factors concerning Finnish law, a better knowledge of this would have sped the process forward, however Fiona always answered my queries to the best of her ability, and within a satisfactory timeframe. I can wholeheartedly recommend Fiona in similar matters and will have no issues in using her services in the future.

Great!
Fiona was my solicitor she helped me deal with my father's estate in rather difficult circumstances. Good clear advice, professional, timely and answered all my questions. If she was not available her secretary was always on hand. It was the support and legal help I needed in a time of grief. I had no knowledge of probate law or what happens to estates when someone dies so this was a great help. Thank you Fiona.
