Excellent prompt advice
Jenny has always been available and efficient, with excellent advice for the more than five years I have been working with her. Even during the early days of COVID, when processes were changing day by day, she was on top of the latest procedures and helped me through a successful ILR application. I am not about to attend my citizenship ceremony, and I am very pleased with all of the advice she has given me throughout the years.

Sponsor Licence for Skilled Worker (Shortage Occupation)
I run a small business in Oxford in a very niche industry (architectural stone carving for heritage conservation projects) and have been struggling to recruit a worker locally. I identified a skilled worker in the USA who I wanted to employ (and who wanted to be employed by my company), but I had no idea how go about handling the immigration issues.
Jenny was very helpful and patient with me, and took the time to talk me through the required steps to make this happen.
I heard last week that my company has been granted the sponsor licence to offer employment to the person in question.
I am very grateful to Jenny for this.

Partner visa application

Citizenship application

Successful British Citizenship Application
Jenny helped me with my British Citizenship Application, following my ILR (long residence route). She was efficient and quickly informed me of what documents I needed to prepare. She was knowledgeable, up to date with nuances of the immigration law, provided timely responses and we managed to submit my application in a timely manner.
