One of the best
After a number of issues Gillian had to deal with, she was patient and understanding making sure that everything was done as quickly as possible and keeping me updated, what an absolute gem she is.

House Purchase
I had a fantastic experience working with Gillian during my recent house purchase. From start to finish, she were professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough.

Selling and buying house
My wife and I both had houses to sell and we are in the process of completing the deal for our new house.
Our solicitor is Gillian Bramd and I can honestly say the process and service has beed outstanding. I was stressed at the thought of having to sell two properties and buy another but Gillian has been absolutely fantastic and has made this process easy and stress free - best service I have had when buying and selling a house!!!
