    Very professional, fast response to enquiries.

    Lease extension. In hindsight should have gone formal route as free holder went back on agreed value and delayed progress so went below 80 years. Bonnie did very well to deal with this tricky freeholder.

    Sale of leaseholds ect

    I would like to share my experience with any people out there who are considering using a legal practice to handle their legal affairs which are often confusing and difficult. I have been using this team for a number of years now mainly with lease extentions but allso day to day matters. I would like to say that their servive I have found is second to non, They are friendly, informative and helpful in every way that you would want your legal team to be, and most importantly there costs are most reasonable, For me, "THEY ARE THE BEST " Michael John Hatcher
