Engaged to assist in getting our company registered for Sponsoring graduate students on Skilled Worker Visas. The Home Office refused our application due to not receiving the supporting documentation in time! Our young graduate's student visa expires this week! Alison Law not answering emails or returning telephone calls - absolutely shocking abhorrent behaviour - messing with the lives of others. Taken our money and had nothing but hassle for it.

I approached them for My daughter’s visa rejection application and advisor Riz Ahmed instead of advising said it’s a simple case and took all the payment £1250 at that very moment on 27/12/2023 though I am in London and he appointed me solicitor from Manchester. I was contacted by my solicitor on same day and never heard from her until 08/01/2024. I emailed few times as she said she will get back which she never did until I called their office asking why there has been no response to my emails and phone calls. As I would have to get any additional document from my country back home which would take time and the last date to appeal is 17/01/2024. My documents were not studied properly and when I asked for refund on 09/01/2024 their advisor asked me to email in complaints team. I email to the complaints team and said to withdraw my appeal with my solicitor again no response after that until today. Emails phone calls no response and any information about my refund and case till today. I would never recommend their services. I need my money back. I believe the services were not genuine. Not at good to make money without providing services on time.

Alison Law Solicitors is is a scame. They take money from you and then they don't reply. You send them emails or you call them, you will get no reply.

I request everyone not to go with Alison Law Solicitors. You will be cheated and mislead. Please stay away from them.

took our money then were impossible to get hold of. our solicitor changed 3 times and was always out of office, on lunch or on another call. would promise to call back when available but never did. had to ring multiple times a day every single day and due to our persistance managed to speak to our solicitor ONCE and after months he still had no clue what the details of our case was. took them months to fill out the form which we could have done better ourselves as they got a lot of the info wrong even though we provided everything they needed multiple times.
