House purchase ups and downs.

We bought a house which had to go through probate twice. The purchase took 6 months to get over the line. There was a lot of ups and downs over the 6 months. Rachel Kilcran was our solicitor from the Darlington office, she was very polite and professional and did all the legal work for us. It was a slow 6 months wait then a hectic last few days especially the last day to close the sale. We got there in the end though. Thanks.

I am so grateful to Rachel and Lydia for helping me with the purchase of my house. Due to delays along the chain it took much longer than anticipated but Rachel supported me every step of the way and was the only person who really spoke up for me throughout the process. If ever I had a question, Rachel was always available to respond and always called me if she felt this was more appropriate than an email. Rachel and Lydia did a fantastic job on our house sale and purchase, made all the more stressful when a buyer in the lower chain pulled out unexpectedly just before exchange. I had complete faith in Rachel and communication was great. Our previous purchase a few years ago had been with a conveyancer recommended via the online estate agent we used, and the service with Clark Willis was far superior. I would not hesitate in recommending CW to anyone - great service.
