We used Baldwin & Robinson for conveyancing and Sarup was the lead on the time. The service was excellent ensuring that we reached our end goal as quickly as possible but still ensuring that all the details were covered. I would definitely recommend Baldwin and Robinson.

I don't know where to start! Sarup has been our rock. We have had the hardest, longest jounney with a bereavement, stress, unfairness and so many hoops to jump through. Sarup and Simon have been with us through it all. So supportive, trying absolutly everything to get us to where we needed to be. It's taken 2 years but finally in our new home and we couldn't be more thankful that we had them guiding us and helping us with our journey. We used them before and we would use them again. Highly recommend them and a HUGE thank you to you for getitng us moved in the end :)

We have recently purchased a residential property (our first - completed in December 2024) and Sarup Khorsan has been our conveyancing solicitor for this purchase. We are first time buyers and in her paperwork and on the phone she was able to explain the process to us as we went through it so we could understand what was happening and why. We had previously had difficulties with another conveyancing solicitor on previous attempts to buy a house who wouldn't help us hence we changed to B and R Law and Sarup Khorsan. Thanks to Sarup, our purchase went through smoothly and we were in our new home by Christmas which was the deadline we were given to be out of our rental by our landlord. In just under 4 months we got the purchase done and it was a lot less stressful than previous attempts to buy a home because of Sarup's easy to talk to manner and thorough approach to her work. We would purchase a property again with Sarup as our Conveyancing Solicitor, her work was thorough, timely and at reasonable cost.
