Sarah is a Partner in our Commercial Property Team based in Ringwood, and joined the firm in September 2023 in a 'major coup' for the firm. Sarah has significant experience of advising upon on all types of commercial and agricultural property matters with a particular focus on redevelopment projects. Sarah started her legal career practicing in the West Midlands, relocating to the south coast over 10 years ago. She has held partnership positions in regional firms for 20 years and been heavily involved in the management and development of businesses. Her breadth of knowledge covers landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, conditional agreements, commercial lending and agricultural diversification. Regularly acting on behalf of investors, landowners and developers she has great commercial acumen with the ability to guide clients through complex legal issues ensuring transactions are structured to align with clients’ needs. From advising on the development potential of land, acquisition, planning, infrastructure, build out to onward disposal, Sarah is able to steer clients through each stage of this complex area of law so as to ensure they achieve the best results.
