Client Executive Solicitor

Accepting new clients via ReviewSolicitors

I am a Client Executive Solicitor in the Court of Protection Property & Affairs team at EMG, joining the firm in July 2022. I represent clients who lack capacity, as defined by the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and support them to make decisions for themselves. I assist the professional deputy or trustee with the day to day management of our clients property and finances. I graduated from Northumbria University with a Master in Law in 2018. In the first semester of my final year, I studied Internal Law at the University of Lucerne in Switzerland. I began working at a North East Law firm in my second year of university which allowed me to gain administrative and secretarial experience in residential conveyancing and personal injury. Shortly after graduating, I commenced my training contract and gained experience in Family Law, Wills, Court of Protection Health & Welfare and Court of Protection Property & Affairs. I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020 and have since specialised in Court of Protection work, supporting vulnerable individuals to manage their property and financial affairs.
