Whilst staff were pleasant there were often delays responding. The house we were purchasing fell through (not helped that the seller sent an email in the morning needing a response by 10am the following day). This email wasn’t forwarded to us until close of business that day the seller then withdrew from the sale. We didn’t feel supported by our solicitor in regard to a building query with the property
