Fantastic service and professionalism by Baljinder Gadi, Michelle Maberly and the team at EMG. This is the second time we’ve used them for property conveyancing. The purchase was not easy due to a ‘Land registry amendment’ and we eventually completed on Friday. We were kept informed every step of the way and every enquiry whether by phone or email was returned the same day. 5* recommendation and reasonable fees.

Simply Perfect
We moved to EMG after a recent bad experience - We can't recommend EMG enough - the hole property purchase process was dealt with extremely efficiently and professionally - email updates / phone calls when required - a great service - We dealt predominately with Jess - cannot rate her highly enough.

Great Service
Baljinder and the team kept us informed with any issues that required our attention along the purchase route and the whole process was completed smoothly & efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending EMG as this is one of a number of purchases they have assisted us with.

A lesson in remortgaging !
The remoteness of all the parties involved in this matter made communications difficult and rather drawn out. However the patience and professionalism of EMG solicitors overcame these problems and the work was completed to everyone’s satisfaction.

House sale & purchase
I can't thank EMG solicitors enough for the professional and efficient way they handled my house sale and purchase. Baljinder, Faith and Jessica were an amazing team who worked hard to get us into our new home.
