Absolutely rubbish service lost a property and good amount of money because of slow communication and miss management, not in whole process once i get a chance to speak to mrs baljinder Gadi..as she was my lawyer. Always spoke to a new one and mrs baljinder gadi was not in the office or too busy to meet her clients. Even i have walked in the office. Will definitely not recommend EMG to anybody.

This was a straightforward transaction that was completed in a good timeframe. The onboarding process was quick and communication was generally prompt. However, as first-time buyers, we felt unsupported throughout. We were expected to review complex documents and form our own views, with little guidance provided even when we specifically asked for advice. Communication often lacked clarity, some questions were only partially answered, and several emails went unanswered. On more than one occasion, we also had to remind the team of matters already agreed with the other side. Throughout the process, the estate agent working for the seller had more up to date and accurate information about how the matter was progressing. Overall, the transaction was completed efficiently, but we would not recommend the firm if you are looking for advice, guidance or proactive communication.

The whole experience of conveyancing with EMG felt like an uphill struggle. The initial draft contract did not materialise for weeks after instruction and not until I put in a complaint to the supervising solicitor. I had to constantly request for things to be actioned and progress was painfully slow. I think I only ever got to speak with Baljinder once in 12 months. When Property Assistant Lisa came on board things improved but there were still issues right up to the very end and I had to move forward a lot of actions at the eleventh hour and correct mistakes they had made, to get the completion over the line. I engaged EMG after a friend recommended but I wished I'd stuck with a conveyancing solicitor I'd previously used. My mistake and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service and professionalism by Baljinder Gadi, Michelle Maberly and the team at EMG. This is the second time we’ve used them for property conveyancing. The purchase was not easy due to a ‘Land registry amendment’ and we eventually completed on Friday. We were kept informed every step of the way and every enquiry whether by phone or email was returned the same day. 5* recommendation and reasonable fees.
