Tim was very patient and happy to listen. Very forthcoming with assistance. Very quickly put my mind at ease - feel much more relaxed. Don't feel now like I'm going to be destitute and more assured on what is likely to happen.

Amars manner and polite considerations are so as I don't feel worthlessly dense - he talked and behaved as I am equal although he's obviously extremely learned. I am always kept up to date and Amar will always invite any questions and always does his best and explains clearly. Amar is extremely efficient and as stressful as such things are eg tribunal Amars calm but assuring manner gives me strength.
