Rachel was excellent from the very word go: returning my Friday afternoon initial phone call on Saturday Morning! Not many solicitors do that. And then at each and every stage, her advice was clear, helpful and accurate. It was so good having her on board, especially as she had had some experience of dealing with my organization and knew a little of how their processes work. She was kindness itself when the day of the Police Interview came round and then taking the initiative in contacting the police subsequently to see where we were up to. And then relaying me the excellent news that the enquiry had been concluded, "no further action". Thank you for her very helpful follow-up letter, outlining possible rights of appeal: always good to know the whole picture, so that nothing can come as a complete surprise. Well, nothing after the bombshell of the initial complaint, I cannot praise Rachel enough: she came to me "highly recommended" and I can only pass on that recommendation to anyone else looking for a first-rate Solicitor. I would give her "six stars" if I could!
