Property Dispute
I went to Daniel Stern because of a partnership dispute involving a large mill in the centre of Manchester. The matter was highly complex and led to a 10 day trial and then further issues with third parties. In all it was five years before being finalised and throughout Daniel was highly tenacious and professional.

Property Deposit Recovery
We had a hard time to recover a property deposit from the developer. Daniel Stern has done an excellent job to help us to resolve the dispute and successfully for full recovery including the interest for over the years. We are very grateful to him.

Dispute with the developer
Daniel has done an excellent job to get back my investment from the developer that did not deliver the property as per the agreed time frame. Despite of resolving the case in a reasonable short period of time, the net amount of money that Daniel managed to recover is really beyond my expectations. Instead of losing all or part of my investment, Daniel has turned it to a successful investment!
He will be the lawyer that I will go for if there is a need in the future.

Brilliant Result
Daniel and his team has done a wonderful work to help a group of buyers from overseas to solve the disputes with a developer.
His team had been following closely to our requests and provided very professional advices to our cases.
Eventually we not only got reimbursed the deposit we paid to the developer, but also the interest for over the years.
