Not easy to work with and will override your instuction. No customer care available complaints dept only via email and f you complain about anything they will dump you fast as they can . Like to hold large sums of your money and hold back breakdown and costs .

From the minute I spoke to Ruqayyah on the phone, I knew I wanted her to be my solicitor. I got married and unfortunately my husband cheated on me not even a week later. Ruqayyah was extremely supportive in every possible way. My marriage has been annulled, which I really don’t think would have been possible without her support and hard work. I am not too experienced with domestic conveyancing. Are any of us? So when we accepted an offer for our home, it was time to find a great lawyer. And we did! Zara Banday metaphorically ‘took our hands’ and guided us from start to finish with skill, care, consideration and most importantly with our best interests in mind at all times. I know that Zara will have been dealing with many clients simultaneously but she never failed to reply to an email, return a call or respond to our buyer’s solicitor, all in a timely fashion.
She is also rather adept at offering help to her counterpart from the buyers legal team when they rely on an inexperienced solicitor who doesn’t appear to know what to do. .
I don’t often recommend because it can get you into trouble. But on this occasion I can unhesitatingly advise anyone who is reading this, to contact Zara Banday at Slater Heelis. Selling your house is likely to be the biggest transaction of your life. I urge you to get Zara on your team before your buyer nips in ahead of you!!
