Excellent throughout
Helen acted on the sale of a terraced house and land with an unregistered title in relation to which just about everything outside her control that could go wrong did.
Notwithstanding the evident frustrations, Helen persevered without the hint of complaint and remained patient, professional, proactive and pragmatic throughout. In addition, when required in her dealings with third parties, she showed real strength and determination.
It is not possible to recommend her too highly.

Excellent Service
Helen was a dream and made the transferring of our house deeds so easy. She was knowledgable and efficient and the whole thing went off without any hitches; although there were some tricky leasehold issues, Helen executed them effortlessly.

Freehold Purchase
Purchased our Freehold through Slater Heelis with their solicitor Helen Taylor.The whole process was completed remarkably quickly and very straight forward. Ms Taylor was very approachable and would fit us in at any time, to drop off any documents with her and kept all these nice and secure.We were very pleased with the overall costs as these married up with their initial quotes,there were no hidden surprises at the last moment and everything went really well.Would definitely recommend them.Ms Taylor was a credit to herself and company,very courteous and professional ,kept us regularly informed.
