Prior to the auction, they provided a review of the auction pack documents in 2 days. Following a successful bid, the sale was completed in 21 days. A really good experience.

I cannot recommend Alishan Khan at Slater Heelis Solicitors enough. We were involved in a particularly difficult and volatile chain that felt like it could collapse (and almost did) at any given moment, but Alishan played an integral part in ensuring that both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. While other parties in the chain were causing delays, Alishan remained proactive and persistent, he went above and beyond chasing the solicitors who were very slow as well as communicating with difficult estate agents and resolved complex legal hurdles before they could become deal-breakers. Despite the high pressure and time constraints faced in the final stages, Alishan’s communication was constant —I never had to chase him for an update, and he was always there to answer any questions we had; which he always did happily. Alishan is an asset to your firm. His work ethic is exemplary and ability to empathise with his clients allows him to excel in his role as a solicitor. We are now happily settled in our new home, and this could not have been possible without Alishan.
